Eros appeals LOVE. There are many Eros in the world, and the variety of what is considered beautiful and attractive demonstrates that indeed,
beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that what we consider appealing, can take on different forms.
For example, in a village of Southeast Asia, the woman with the longest neck is the considered to be the most beautiful. In 17th century Europe,
the moustache symbolized manhood. Eros is continuously changing, even now, as we speak, but changes shape, yet exists in each place, era and
culture as well. Today’s Japanese Eros is “KAWAII”, the quality of ̈cuteness” within the context of Japanese culture. Many Japanese girls
try hard to be “ KAWAII” everyday.
